Labour rates summary
- $120 per hour (1 hour minimum)
- $240 cap (2 hour cap per computer for homes)
- No call out fee to homes in the Southern and Western suburbs of Adelaide
- If we cannot fix it, you pay nothing
- $60 if you only want a diagnosis
- $60 minimum for data recovery attempt, $180 total if successful
- $60 per 30 minutes for remote assistance, using Ultraviewer
