Labour rates summary

  • $120 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • $240 cap  (2 hour cap per computer for homes)
  • No call out fee to homes in the Southern and Western suburbs of Adelaide
  • If we cannot fix it, you pay nothing
  • $60 if you only want a diagnosis
  • $60 minimum for data recovery attempt, $180 total if successful
  • $60​ per 30 minutes for remote assistance, using Ultraviewer
