Great service and great value. Darrin was very helpful and took the time to sit down, go through the issues with my laptop and explain the options for resolving the issues. I needed a hard drive and re-install the Windows OS. Darrin allowed me free reign to choose which HDD suited my situation best. Very happy and highly recommend.
