Web browsers (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera etc) no longer support Flash by default. However :
- To enable Flash in Chrome, type chrome://settings/content in the address bar, scroll down to the Flash heading, then click Allow sites to run Flash. Or, click the Manage exceptions... button and add the website to the list. Then click Done. Exit Chrome, then try the website again.
- In Microsoft Edge click the ... button, go to Settings, scroll down and click the View advanced settings button, then toggle on Use Adobe Flash Player.
- Or, you can download Firefox's Extended Release Version, which will support Flash until 2018 sometime. Click here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/
